Cable Services
90-Day Warranty
Our cable cleaning and inspection services include a 90-day workmanship warranty. This covers reoccurring issues directly related to the original service, provided no new blockages, damage, or misuse occur. Root intrusion, grease buildup, or foreign objects are not covered.
Fixture Replacements
1-Year Warranty
All fixture replacements installed by Snake & Drain Plumbing are covered for one year, including labor and materials. Coverage excludes leaks or failures caused by improper use, over-tightening, hard water damage, or customer-supplied parts.
Hydro Jetting
6-Month Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on hydro jetting services if no issues are found post-cleaning. This warranty covers the same section serviced. Future blockages from grease, roots, or foreign debris are excluded. Preventative maintenance is recommended to keep lines clear.
Minor Pipe Repairs
1-Year Warranty
Covers small-scale pipe repairs performed by our technicians. Warranty applies to workmanship and materials provided by Snake & Drain Plumbing. Damage from corrosion, shifting foundations, or pre-existing plumbing conditions is not included.
Major Pipe Repairs
2-Year Warranty
We back our major repairs with a two-year workmanship warranty. Coverage applies only to the section repaired or replaced. Failures due to environmental conditions, external impact, or unrelated system issues are not covered.
Customer-Supplied Materials
No Warranty Provided
We do not warranty materials, fixtures, or products supplied by customers. Snake & Drain Plumbing assumes no responsibility for the performance, fit, or defects of non-company-provided materials.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All warranties apply exclusively to work completed by Snake & Drain Plumbing technicians. Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original customer and property serviced. Proof of service is required for claims. Any work performed by another contractor voids the warranty. Damage from natural events, misuse, neglect, or unrelated plumbing failures is not covered
